Gerry Blass
President and CEO
Gerry has worked in healthcare IT for over 30 years for HIS (health information systems) companies and hospitals. Gerry's background in IT has been a combination of sales, implementations, application development, technical management, and compliance management.
Gerry formed Blass Consulting LLC in 2001 to provide healthcare IT and compliance professional consulting services. Please click here. to see a list of offerings.
Gerry created the first version of HIPAA ComplyAssistant, a desktop software tool, in 2001. HIPAA ComplyAssistant has since been replaced by a new enterprise web version that handles multiple compliance rules and regulations. The new version is simply called ComplyAssistant! Greg Blass
Executive Vice President - Web Design & Development
Greg obtained his bachelors degree in Computer Science from Temple University and is also the founder of Blass Design, a web design and development company based in Philadelphia.
Greg specializes in both design and development, focusing on ADOBE CS5, XHTML/CSS, JavaScript/JQuery, and Ruby On Rails. Greg currently lives in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
James Schroeder
Executive Vice President - Software Engineering
James holds a degree in Computer Science from Stony Brook University where he was a magna cum laude graduate and was in the top .5 percent of his class.
James has worked as a software engineer for 4 years using enterprise level technologies and as a software team leader. He boasts a proven record for developing well designed and coded software systems. James currently resides in Kansas City, Missouri.
