Gerry Blass

President and CEO

Gerry has worked in healthcare IT for over 30 years for HIS (health information systems) companies and hospitals. Gerry's background in IT has been a combination of sales, application development, technical management, and compliance management. It was in his role of information security officer that Gerry became determined to automate the management of the numerous day to day compliance activities.

Gerry formed Blass Consulting LLC in 2001 and developed HIPAA ComplyAssistant, which is installed in a number of healthcare organizations across the United States. HIPAA ComplyAssistant automates the management of compliance activities for HIPAA privacy and security.

Greg Blass

Executive Vice President - Web Design & Development

Greg is a talented computer programmer who specializes in web design and development. Greg is the founder of Blass Design LLC, a web design and development firm based in Philadelphia.

Recently, Greg has honed his design skills to match his programming capabilities. Greg specializes in (X)HTML/CSS, AJAX, RUBY ON RAILS, JAVASCRIPT, and ADOBE CS4. Greg currently lives in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

James Schroeder

Executive Vice President - Software Engineering

James holds a degree in Computer Science from Stony Brook University where he was a magna cum laude graduate and was in the top .5 percent of his class.

James has worked as a software engineer for 4 years using enterprise level technologies and as a software team leader. He boasts a proven record for developing well designed and coded software systems. James currently resides in Kansas City, Missouri.
